Pet Flavors (USA) was sold to and received a significant investment by Bessemer Investors (USA).
Based on our EUR 340M AST/ LeVet (the Netherlands) sale to Dechra (U.K.) in the same animal health space, Pet Flavors’ owner Mark Pieloch contacted Capitalmind Investec to initiate a worldwide sale process for Pet Flavors.
