About the deal
Veolia Déconstruction France, a key player in the circular economy, is one of the French leaders in complex decommissioning projects. It offers dismantling services to blue-chip clients owning either end-of-life transportation equipment (road, rail, maritime, and air) or industrial facilities and public and private infrastructures. Veolia Déconstruction France serves clients active in sectors such as aerospace, defense, transport, and industry. After a strategic review of its business portfolio, Veolia group decided to initiate a sale process of its subsidiary Veolia Déconstruction France to find a new owner able to further develop the business.
After such process led by Capitalmind Investec, Veolia Déconstruction France was eventually sold to Paprec. Through this acquisition, Paprec will further consolidate its leading position in recycling and material recovery and enrich its panel of new circular economy solutions for its customers. Paprec generates annual revenues of €2.3bn and employs 14,000+ persons around the world.
