Jonathan is a Director at Capitalmind. He joined our Zurich office in 2022.
Jonathan has 15 years of experience in M&A transactions for listed and privately-held companies across various sectors, with a focus on Industrials, TMT and Consumer.
Before joining Capitalmind, he worked in the M&A advisory department at UBS Swizerland, as corporate development manager at UPC (Liberty Global) and in investment banking at Alantra.
Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is fluent in French, German and English.
