Steven is Manager of Capitalmind.

He has more than 8 years of experience in international M&A and financing transactions for privately-held companies, entrepreneurs and financial investors. He advised on transactions across various sectors, with a focus on deals in the IT and Technology sectors.

Before joining Capitalmind, he worked as Manager at Affentranger Associates focusing on M&A transactions and the management of selected investment portfolio companies. Prior to that, Steven worked at IEG – Investment Banking Group (Berlin), UniCredit Corporate Investment Banking (London), PwC Corporate Finance (Zurich) and RobecoSAM Private Equity (Zurich).

Steven holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is a CMA charterholder. He speaks fluent German and English.
