Sam is an analyst at Capitalmind Investec. His main work consists of advising on sell-side transactions, financings, MBOs and corporate acquisitions.
In addition to Dutch, Sam is fluent in English.
Sam holds a BSc in International Business Administration and an MSc in Finance. He also studied abroad for 5 months at the Prague University of Economics and Business, Czech Republic. Prior to starting as an analyst, Sam previously completed a six-month internship and worked part-time for five months alongside his studies at Capitalmind Investec.
Sebastien has joined our Paris team as an analyst in 2023.

Before joining Capitalmind Investec, he had gained experience in M&A at Edmond de Rothschild after having worked in Strategy Consulting at Bearingpoint.
Sébastien holds an Engineering degree from EFREI and a Master degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.

Maxence started as an analyst in our Paris office in 2023.

Before joining Capitalmind Investec, he had gained experience in Private Equity at Abénex and in M&A at Oaklins and Amala Partners.
Maxence holds a Master degree from Emlyon.

Max is an Analyst at Capitalmind Investec, his main work includes advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions. Max holds a BSc in International Business from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a MSc in Finance from Tilburg University.
During his BSc Max studied two semesters abroad, first for an internship in San Francisco, USA, after that for a financial minor at the Jinan University in Guangzhou, China.
Dorian started as an analyst in our Paris office in 2023.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Before joining Capitalmind Investec, he had gained experience in Private Equity at Omnes Capital after a first M&A experience at Orpea.
Dorian holds a Master degree from ESSEC Business School.
He’s fluent in French, English and speaks Spanish.
Before Teresa joined Capitalmind Investec in January 2023, she gained experience on cross-border business valuation, financial due diligence and restructuring projects while working within the Deal Advisory section of KPMG in Frankfurt and the Corporate Finance & Restructuring EMEA team at FTI Consulting in Frankfurt and London.
Teresa holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Muenster. Afterwards she graduated in Finance (MSc) and Accounting, Controlling and Corporate Management (MSc) from the University of Technology in Chemnitz. In 2021 she was certified by the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (EACVA) as Valuation Analyst.
Teresa speaks fluent German and English.
Arthur joined our German office as a Research Analyst in October 2022. He mainly works on projects in the industrial technology sector and in Marketing.
He is currently completing a dual study programme at the accadis University in Bad Homburg.
He speaks German and English.
Jesper is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
His main work includes advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Jesper holds a BSc in International Business Administration, where he studied abroad for 6 months at Ulaval in Quebec-City, Canada. Jesper obtained a MSc in Finance and a MSc in Strategic Management, which was obtained with merit.
Besides Dutch, Jesper is fluent in English.
Ryan started as an analyst in our Paris office in 2022.

Before joining Capitalmind Investec, he had gained experience in Corporate Finance at Gimar & Co.
Ryan holds a Master degree in Finance from Audencia Business School.
He speaks French and English.
Constantin started in our German office in 2021. He mainly works on projects in the Industrials sector. In addition to an internship at Capitalmind Investec, he gained experience in the field of M&A with an investment banking boutique (HKCF), a corporate M&A department (Vitesco AG) as well as in Big-Four-Companies (KPMG, EY).
He holds a BSc in Finance & Accounting from Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and a MSc in Finance from EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel. During his Master’s, he studied a semester abroad at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway.
Sayed is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec, active in M&A since 2020. Since then, Sayed has worked on various (international) deals in multiple sectors. His main work includes advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Besides Dutch, Sayed is fluent in English, Dari and Farsi.
Sayed holds a BSc in Business Economics and an MSc in Finance, both from Tilburg University. He received a 9 for his MSc thesis and graduated cum laude.
Jason joined Capitalmind Investec in June 2022. Previously, he gained experience at Steen Associates Limited in Frankfurt as well as in Corporate M&A at Douglas GmbH and in the M&A Execution Team at BDO Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG in Düsseldorf.
He graduated in Business Administration (BSc) with a focus on Finance and Management Consulting from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. He also studied Finance in the Master’s program (MSc) with a focus on Corporate Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
René is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
René joined Capitalmind Investec at the beginning of 2022 and supports the Swiss team on transactions in the focus sectors. He holds a BSc in Banking & Finance, a MSc in Real Estate and a MSc in International Banking & Finance.
René has already gained experience at a major Swiss bank and at a Company Builder. During his studies, he also founded an online shop.
He speaks German and English.
Thom is a Manager at Capitalmind Investec, active within M&A since 2017.
Thom is involved in several (cross-border) deals, in multiple sectors. His main responsibilities include advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Prior to joining Capitalmind Investec, Thom was active as a Corporate Finance consultant for a Dutch Accounting and Advisory firm. In this period, he was involved in various transactions (both buy- and sell side), buy- and build advisory, valuation- and funding processes.
Thom holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, both acquired at Tilburg University. During this period he spent a semester studying in the US.
Louis is an analyst at Capitalmind Investec.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our Paris office in 2021, he had gained experience in M&A and Corporate Finance at Rochefort & Associés, and at BRED – Banque Populaire.
He holds and Advanced Master degree in Finance from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Carine is an Analyst at Capitalmind Investec’s Paris office.

Carine graduated from EDHEC Business School, and holds a Master degree in Finance from Aston Univeristy.

Nathan is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
He’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).
Prior to joining our teams in 2021, Nathan had gained experience as a data analyst for several French industrial groups, as well as in M&A at Impulse Corporate Finance.
He graduated from l’Ecole des Mines in Saint Etienne and holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Business School.
He speaks French and English.
Mirko is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec Germany since June 2023. He has been working at the German office since February 2021. He mostly works on projects within the technology and business services sector. Before joining the team, he gained experience in M&A transactions through internships at Cowen Europe and a Wealth Management company in Frankfurt.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering and a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from HEC-Liège, Belgium. For his thesis, he focused on systemic risk within the banking industry. In addition, he participated in an exchange program with focus on finance with the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
He speaks fluent German, French, English and Dutch.
