Who are you

You are motivated, solution-oriented and have analytical skills. You want to broaden your experience and knowledge base from challenging corporate finance projects in a world class organization. You are a team player with 1-3 years of professional background (corporate finance, transaction services or private equity). You can work independently and take responsibility and, in addition to the hard financial technical capacities, you also have the soft skills in the field of project management, dealing with people and  keeping everyone involved aligned. You will be part of teams advising our highly valued customer base (national and international companies) during the entire transaction process and you are very soon autonomous in guiding simpler transactions and sub-projects of more complex transactions. It also appeals to you to work in an international environment at home and abroad.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience within corporate finance / transaction services / private equity;
• You know the basic M&A tool box;
• Good with customers and people of different cultures;
• Convincing presentation skills or talent;
• You like to work in a team with customers, (international) colleagues and specialists;

Good/excellent knowledge of the Danish/Swedish and English language in word and writing.
