Capitalmind Investec strengthens its development in France with the appointment of Guillaume ten Have as Partner

Guillaume started his career in strategy consulting at PwC and in investment consulting at Access Capital Partners before joining Capitalmind Investec in 2013.

Guillaume mainly operates in the Industrial, Business Services and Food & Agri sectors with a specific expertise in cross-border transactions. In 2022 he’s advised the sale of Unicar for Bureau Veritas, the LBO of groupe Phodé, the LBO of groupe ACFRI, and the sale of the Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries of Rexel.

He graduated from Audencia Nantes (France) and Maastricht University (the Netherlands).
