X-Hive has been sold to EMC2, developer and provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions and listed in the USA.
X-Hive a Dutch company that provides a native XML database and content component management system. One of X-Hive’s customers is Boeing, which uses the software to make the work manuals that technicians need to maintain Boeing aircraft searchable. Other customers include Fokker Services, Harley Davidson and Agfa HealthCare.
What we did
Capitalmind actively supported X-Hive’s owner Parcom Capital as lead advisor. Managed the bidding process, resulting in excellent transaction multiples. Lead the negotiations and the management of the due diligence for X-Hive.
