Capitalmind Investec has advised Degetel’s shareholders all along the disposal process: designing the transaction strategy, building a relevant qualified list of potential buyers, marketing of the deal, execution and negotiation up to closing.

About the deal

Founded in 1999 in Paris, Degetel has built its success in the digital transformation of companies thanks to a wide range of innovative offers: digital strategy; digital studio (UX, UI, design); digital factory (web, mobile, IoT); digital transformation management; digital performance (AI, big data, cloud). The company can count on 450 employees spread over 3 countries, and an annual turnover of more than 46 million euros.

Created in 2008, T&S is a European engineering & IT consulting group based in Strasbourg. With more than 1,300 employees, T&S Group offers its clients integrated solutions in the various fields of information technology consulting, including: electronics & embedded systems, mechanics, industrial project management, application development, business consulting and support in the field of digital.

With the acquisition of Degetel, T&S is considerably strengthening its position in the IT and Digital sectors in France and in Belgium, while creating a European division of more than 600 professionals.
