Groupe Gorgé is a French engineering service company specialized in defence and aeronautics robotics, nuclear protection solutions and industrial engineering services. The group has generated €197.1M revenues and €12.2M EBIT for FY2010A with a sound balance sheet. Groupe Gorgé is controlled by the Gorgé Family and is listed on Euronext Paris.

AI Group designs and installs turnkey solutions for the protection against industrial fires, and serves various industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, and nuclear energy. 90% of its revenues are generated outside France, with a main focus on value-added customized solutions for the Oil & Gas industry.

Groupe Gorgé reinforces with AI Group its fire-protection engineering business, adding €10M revenues, specific expertise and new geographies. Strong business and commercial synergies are expected.
