Ceccon Frères is a French independent quarrier group based in Annecy specialized in the production of aggregates and concrete. The group, founded in 1936, was owned by the Ceccon family. The family decided to sell the group through a process organized by Société Générale.

Basaltes is a French family-owned quarrier group with 100 sites, quarries and platforms through 5 subsidiaries including Ceccon Frères. The group employs 450 people and produces 12mt of aggregates per year and generates c.€150m revenues.

Through this acquisition, Basaltes strengthens its position as the leading independent quarrier group in France with a presence in a 5th region.
