CAPITALMIND ADVISES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF KRUG HOLZSYSTEMBINDER ON THE SALE OF A MAJORITY STAKE TO BWK
BWK will support the previous sole shareholders, who will both continue to be active in the management of KRUG Holzsystembinder GmbH, together with an entrepreneur with experience in the industry in initiating the company’s succession.
What we did
Our services included: the development of a suitable transaction structure, the formulation of a sustainable and value-enhancing equity story, the preparation of all marketing and process documents, the identification and approach of the best strategists and financial investors, the preparation and organisation of the due diligence in close cooperation with the tax advisor, the lawyers and the management as well as the support of the negotiations until closing.
