Julius joined Capitalmind Investec’s German office in 2019. He mainly works on projects in the industrial technology and business services sector. He gained experience in the field M&A during his dual study program, which he also accomplished at Capitalmind Investec from 2019 until 2022. Before Julius was able to gain experience at a law firm in the Rhine-Main area.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with focus on Finance from the Provadis School of International Management & Technology AG in Frankfurt.
He speaks fluent German and English.
Thibaud is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
Prior to joining our teams in 2019, Thibaud had gained experience in M&A and Private Equity (at Cambon Partners and Ardian Growth).
He graduated from EDHEC Business School, and speaks French & English.
Corentin is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
Before joining our French office, he had gained experience in finance and accounting at Mazars.
Corentin holds a Master degree from L’Ecole des Mines St Etienne, and specialized in Finance at Em Lyon. He speaks French, English and German.
Nicolas is an Associate at Capitalmind Investec.
Prior to joining our teams in 2019, Nicolas had gained experience in M&A and Private Equity (at HSBC, Alantra and Ardian).
He graduated from EDHEC Business School, and speaks French & English.
Jean-Paul is Vice President at Capitalmind Investec.
He’s been involved in several M&A and Financing transactions across different sectors.
Prior to joining our French team he had worked for two French banks.
Jean-Paul graduated in Finance and Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan, and holds a Master degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
He grew up in Milan and speaks French, English and Italian.
Augustin is a VP at Capitalmind Investec in Paris, where he has worked on several M&A and LBO transactions across different sectors.
Prior to joining our teams in 2017 he had gained experience in Corporate Finance (BPCE Group and JCDecaux) and as an Entrepreneur.
Augustin graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management and also holds an Advanced Master degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.
He speaks French and English.
Marcel joined Capitalmind Investec’s German office in 2016 together with Matthias Holtmeyer. Prior joining Capitalmind Investec, he has gained two years of experience in M&A and has participated in small and mid-market transactions in the healthcare, IT and industrial sectors.
Marcel graduated in business administration majoring in finance and controlling at the University of Potsdam. After that he gained a Master degree in corporate finance and technology and innovation management.
Maurits is Manager at Capitalmind Investec and joined the company in 2019.
Maurits is involved in several (cross border) deals, naturally in multiple sectors. His main responsibilities include advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.
Besides Dutch, Maurits is fluent in English, German and Portuguese.
Prior to joining Capitalmind Investec as an Analyst, Maurits gained investment experience through a traineeship at Walvis Participaties (VC) and a summer course in corporate finance at the London School of Economics. Furthermore he gained all-round (international) experience through working with several start-ups in the Netherlands and abroad.
Maurits holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Graduated with Distinction) from the French Business School EMlyon and was studying and living for this program in France, China and the US. Furthermore he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
