Peer joined Capitalmind Investec as Senior Advisor in 2022 with more than 30 years of experience in a wide range of automotive industries, from special interest groups to OEMs to B2B volume marketers, specializing in the design and implementation of aggregated online sales.

Before starting his almost 20-year career at BCA, now Constellation Automotive Group (1.5 million vehicles sold p.a.), he spent 7 years at the Automobile Club of Germany, where he was responsible for event marketing of major events (Formula 1, Oldtimer Grand Prix). At BMW, as Head of Marketing of the Business Unit Mobile Tradition, he was responsible for the BMW branding from the past and also led the integration of the Rover, Land-Rover and Rolls-Royce history, as well as the affiliation of the British Motor Heritage Trust into the BMW Group.

In 2001 he joined BCA’s German management team and has a proven track record in sales and marketing. In addition to founding and establishing BCA Auto-Remarketing Schweiz AG as Managing Director, he was appointed to the position of Business Development Director Mainland Europe at BCA Europe in 2011. Here he developed new products, co-operations in marketing and accompanied the change management from physical to pure online sales. Together with his team, he designed the world’s first aggregated, simultaneous auction of various European auction houses in the B2B vehicle sector for the client Alphabet Leasing and went live in 2014.

Since 2020, he has advised international start-ups, VCs, and PEs on M&A, change management, future strategy, e-commerce, meta-platforms and aggregation.

Additionally, he is Of Counsel at a Düsseldorf law firm.

He received his M.A. degree from Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz in American Studies, Business Administration and Philosophy with studies abroad in Los Angeles and London. He has a special interest in historic automobiles and is a board member of the Wiesbaden Automobile Club.

He speaks fluent German and English.

Martijn joined Capitalmind Investec as Senior advisor in 2020.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry: investment banking, private equity and restructuring.

From the start of his career within ABN AMRO he fulfilled positions in Trade & Commodity Finance and Private Equity, in the Netherlands and abroad (Casablanca and Singapore).

In 2011 Martijn started his own business and has advised more than 50 companies with regard to strategy, turnarounds, restructuring and financial management. Around half of these clients are in fashion and retail.

In 2019 Martijn was appointed ad interim CFO for Sanquin Plasma Products, to lead the M&A process. From 2005 until 2010 Martijn was also a board member of G-Star Raw.

He has experience with both family businesses and public and private equity portfolio companies.

Martijn is fluent in Dutch, English and has a basic proficiency in French and German.

Martijn holds a CMA (RC) degree, Master in Science, Economics from Erasmus University and Business Administration from Nyenrode University.

Achim Klüber has over 37 years international experience in Corporate Finance/Wholesale Banking, having worked for leading international firms including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, RBS, BNP Paribas. He has been deeply involved in major European M+A situations including equity and debt underwritings and associated take-outs.

Achim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the American University of Paris and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. He now does pro-bono work, is an active investor, and is a member of several Advisory Boards.

Rob joined Capitalmind Investec as Senior advisor in January 2020.

He has more than 20 years experience in the business and financial services industry, especially within the banking environment. From the start of his career within ABN AMRO he fulfilled various positions in the workfield of Marketing & Marketing Intelligence for consumer clients. From 2004 until 2006 he was managing director of the creditcard company of ABN AMRO. As from 2007 he transferred to the corporate banking business of ABN AMRO and became Head of the Southern Region of the Netherlands within the Commercial and Merchant Banking division (lending and restructuring). He was also member of the Management Group of ABN AMRO. As from 2014 until 2018 he was Director of the Regulatory office, Corporate Office and Programmedirector for the anti-money laundering chain at group (both national and international) level with a direct reporting line to the Managing Board.

Rob is fluent in Dutch, English and has a basic proficiency of German.

Before ABN AMRO, Rob was senior consultant (Experian) in credit scoring and market segmentation. Since January 2019 he is advisor of companies and institutions with regard to strategy, changemanagement and business development projects. He has a special interest for the sports industry. Currently he is Club president of Hockeyclub Den Bosch that dominates the European women hockey since 1998. Furthermore he holds several advisory boards positions in the cultural, design and sports sector.

He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from University of Derby and has completed the Board Program on Nyenrode.

Martin joined Capitalmind Investec in September 2019. He is focussed on utilities and energy-related topics based on his 28 years of experience in the sector.

He started his career in the controlling department with CONTIGAS Deutsche Energie AG, a subsidiary of today’s E.ON Group, and later on was the head of corporate development. After ten years Martin joined KPMG Corporate Finance as Director and was involved in several M&A transactions in the utilities sector. Furthermore, he advised on related strategic issues and was author of relevant publications.

Martin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Applied Science of Munich (Dipl.- Betriebswirt [FH]) and the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich (Diplom-Kaufmann) and is fluent in German and English.

Patrick worked 35 years as financial auditor and chartered accountant, being partner at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. As such, Patrick acted as legal auditor of many listed French middle market groups (eg CNIM, Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, Outremer-Telecom, Altamir-Amboise, Maurel et Prom, …) and non-listed groups spread over a variety of industries (Sofiprotéol, Seita, Aigle, Morgan, La City, La Française des Jeux, …)..

Patrick joined Capitalmind Investec French office in 2010, strengthening Capitalmind Investec’s know-how, financial advisory experience (acquisition due diligence, fairness opinions, IPOs, divestitures and other financial advisory services) and business networks.

Patrick holds a MBA from Neoma (Rouen Business School).
