Prior to joining Capitalmind Investec in 2024, she had worked as versatile assistant for Prada Retail France and as a receptionist in various law firms.
Canelle speaks French and English.
Emilie is our Head of Communication and Marketing in France.
She joined Capitalmind Investec in September 2023 after 15 years of communication and marketing experience in international French law firms specialized in M&A and bank financing such as De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and LPA-CGR.
Emilie graduated in Communication.
Carole is our Administrative and Financial Manager in France.
She joined Capitalmind Investec in September 2023 after more than 20 years’ experience in finance with institutions such as Neuflize OBC and Abénex.
Carole has a degree in Management Accounting.
Lea joined the Capitalmind Investec team in March 2023 and is responsible for Finance and Controlling in Germany.
After Lea’s commercial training in 2016, she expanded her business skills with a degree in Business Administration (BSc) with focus on accounting, financing and investments, business foreign trade and service management. She deepened her know-how with a degree in Business Management (MSc) with focus on Controlling and Finance.
During her academic training and beyond, she worked in the Finance & Controlling department at a start-up in the food sector, where she was able to help develop the company structures.
She speaks German and English.
Within Capitalmind Investec Benelux, Jolijn is responsible for management support, back office and marketing. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Office Management / Personal Assistant and has worked for both large international corporates and mid-market organizations.
Jolijn has a bachelor (HBO) degree in Management Assistance.
Besides Dutch, she is fluent in English.
Sebastian Kliess is Director IT at Capitalmind Investec. He is responsible for the design and operation of our fully cloud-based system landscape. His focus is on performance, data security, availability and mobility for all Capitalmind Investec applications.
Prior to Capitalmind Investec, he was CIO at an e-procurement start-up in the healthcare industry. Sebastian started his career as an e-commerce consultant at IBM and later joined an IT consulting firm of the Ploenzke Network as a Manager.
In addition to his work at Capitalmind Investec, he manages a mobile software development company and is a lecturer for electronic commerce at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.
Sebastian holds a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg and is fluent in German and English.
Gabrielle is Office Manager in our Zurich Office. She is responsible for the back office and the support of the management.
Before joining Capitalmind Investec, Gabrielle worked as an Office Manager at Affentranger Associates for several years.
Gabrielle holds a Bachelor in Tourism and speaks German, English, Italian and French.
Kavita is our Marketing and Communication Director and leads the activities in Germany. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of International Marketing and Communications working for Industry Associations and Corporate B2B Consulting Firms focused on business promotion in IT and Automotive Industries.
She also did a stint as an entrepreneur in the Fashion industry in Germany and Singapore.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Political Science) from Delhi University and a Management Course Certificate in International Business – European Perspective from the Hessen International University, Frankfurt.
Kavita is fluent in English, German and Hindi.
Ingrid is an Office Manager in our German Office.
She joined Capitalmind Investec in 2007 and has worked in comparable companies as an assistant in the Rhein-Main area for several years.
Ingrid speaks German and English.
Marjon is Office Manager at Capitalmind Investec, where she has been working since 2005.
Within Capitalmind Investec Benelux Marjon is your first point of contact. In addition, she is responsible for the (financial) administration, back-office and support of the management.
Besides Dutch, she is fluent in English.
From 1995 to 2004, Marjon worked as an Office Manager at two sales organizations for industrial software.
Marjon Marques studied Management Economics and Law at the HEAO in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and she graduated in Public Administration.
