About the investment by Ponooc

Ponooc has acquired a significant stake in Tranzer. The scale-up that was established three years ago and offers travelers the possibility to plan, book and pay for traveling by public transport, taxi and bicycle in Europe with an app. In Europe, there are more than 100,000 users.

Ponooc is the corporate investment fund of Pon Holdings. The firm invest in ventures with a focus on sustainable energy (generation, distribution, storage) or mobility. The Ponooc investment contributes to Tranzer’s ambition to become the European market leader in Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
