Capitalmind Investec advised Interxion with the acquisition of its existing datacenter in Brussels. We also advised in attracting the bank financing to fund the transaction.

About the deal

Interxion is a leading pan European co-location / datacenter provider active in 14 cities across Europe. Interxion’s datacenters have an unique efficient design and it’s operations have become standard across the industry. By acquiring the building in Brussels Interxion creates more flexibility in expanding the building and allows it to optimise the site further for its customers.
