About the deal

SNS Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity specialist, offering a broad range of high value-added services: managed services, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), solutions integration, pentests and audits. Those services rely notably on SNS own Security Operation Center (SOC) and on strong partnerships with major, innovative, solutions providers (such as Fortinet, SentinelOne or Sekoia).

Since the takeover of the group by Frédéric Faurie and Franck Burtin in 2020, backed by Sofilaro as minority shareholder, SNS Security has grown by more than 50% per year on average, has launched new services (SOC, pentest) and has increased its geographical coverage, with settlements in Montpellier (HQ), Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes, Bordeaux, Saintes and Paris.

The 2 co-executives were willing to find a financial or a strategic partner with deep experience both in cybersecurity and in running fast growth companies, in order to support SNS Security in its strong business acceleration and to reinforce and structure the team. Olivier Breittmayer will bring its unique experience and knowledge in cybersecurity and fast development of businesses, built notably through the Exclusive Networks venture.
