Capitalmind Investec acted as exclusive advisor to itesys on the acquisition of nexQuent.

nexQuent is a full-service provider for relevant SAP topics such as operations, cloud integration & infrastructure, automation, archiving & security, as well as user lifecycle management. Since 2007, the nexQuent Group has been a successfully established SAP consulting and software development company focusing on SAP Basis technologies and the development, expansion and operation of hybrid system landscapes. nexQuent currently employs around 40 SAP experts at its three locations in Germany – Hamburg, Frankfurt and Cologne.

itesys is a highly specialized provider of SAP Basis project and operational services and has its own SAP Security Operations Center. Itesys was founded in 2003 at its headquarters in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, and now operates internationally with offices in Switzerland, Germany, Romania and New Zealand. 130 qualified employees support large and small companies from all industries in all matters relating to SAP operations and SAP technology.

Itesys is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy. The merger with nexQuent creates a joint company with around 170 SAP experts and concentrated SAP technology power. The pooling of experience, expertise, teams and software products strengthens the portfolio and market presence of the combined new unit throughout the DACH region.
