Capitalmind Investec identified Schweizer Group Suzhou as a target for BOSA and initiated take-over discussions with the insolvency administrator. As a buy-side advisor to BOSA we advised in all steps of structuring, negotiating and executing the transaction.

About the deal

As a leading supplier of steel and aluminum elements to the automotive industry, BOSA was looking to diversify into the aluminum diecasting sector. Capitalmind Investec has investigated several alternatives besides Schweizer Group Suzhou.

BOSA Group LLC, Headquartered in Pejing, China, acquired 100% of the shares of Schweizer Group Diecasting Co Ltd., Suzhou, China, from Schweizer Group International GmbH, Germany. The purchase price is not disclosed.
