About the deal

As a leading supplier of steel and aluminum elements to the automotive industry, BOSA was looking to diversify into the aluminum diecasting sector. Capitalmind has investigated several alternatives besides Schweizer Group Suzhou.

BOSA Group LLC, Headquartered in Pejing, China, acquired 100% of the shares of Schweizer Group Diecasting Co Ltd., Suzhou, China, from Schweizer Group International GmbH, Germany. The purchase price is not disclosed.
