Capitalmind Investec was appointed by Atari to explore options to monetize its investment in Game One, which was no longer aligned with Atari’s corporate strategy.

Capitalmind Investec actively supported Atari during its negotiations with Viacom, providing valuation guidance (based on a detailed financial performance review), mapping out negotiation arguments, and generally defining tactics to ensure the deal took place.

Atari is a multi-platform, global interactive entertainment and licensing company. Launched in the mid 90’s Game One is a leading French thematic channel that targets the 15-24 year old gamer demographic. The channel is available anytime, anywhere, and on any device (TVs, computers, smartphones, tablets).
