What we did

Capitalmind was appointed by Atari to explore options to monetize its investment in Game One, which was no longer aligned with Atari’s corporate strategy.

Capitalmind actively supported Atari during its negotiations with Viacom, providing valuation guidance (based on a detailed financial performance review), mapping out negotiation arguments, and generally defining tactics to ensure the deal took place.
