We advised on the relevant deal structure that fits with the company profile, management financial capabilities. We project managed the deal on behalf of the new manager, monitoring of negotiations on his behalf with the seller and other parties, and also providing tactical advice to the Newco to optimize terms of the senior debt to be raised for the buy-out.

Créations & Parfums is a French privately-owned business that formulates & manufactures fragrances & flavors sold to leading consumer goods brands in the perfume, cosmetics & hygiene field.

The new management team will now focus on accelerating growth in international markets to drive the business to the next step of its growth story.
