Capitalmind Investec was appointed by the company and its shareholders to define the appropriate funding structure, assist in challenging and writing down the business plan and optimize value. The robustness of the business plan and the organization of an appropriate process with direct access to the management team were the keys to the delivery of the appropriate funding and enabled the business to navigate through the rigorous due diligence process associated with a deal of this type.

About the deal

Châteauform’ is the home of seminars, offering 32 charming sites in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, UK) dedicated to organizing seminars for corporate events.

The Châteauform concept relies on 3 founding principles:

• All sites are dedicated to corporate seminars, with the latest equipment and technology,
• Client teams are welcomed by a host couple managing the site where they are living with their family,
• Everything (accommodation and meals, organization of logistics matters, meeting rooms and sport/entertainment activities) is included thanks to an all-inclusive price concept.

Châteauform’ is a fast growing French company generating €84M revenues and growing at a double-digit level.
