Capitalmind advised the shareholders of Hamonoya in the transaction. We supported seller along the sales process: preparation of documentation, introducing the deal to potential buyers, structuring guidance, execution support up to closing, negotiations and input to transaction documents.
About the deal
Hamonoya is a Nordic distributor of premium brands in the kitchenware industry, each of which is leading in their category. Hamonoya’s portfolio of brands includes GEFU, Microplane, Lékué and Kochblume. After building Hamonoya from zero a very successful company the sellers wanted to pursue other venture. New management together with external investors financed the transaction.
