What we did

Capitalmind Investec has advised Rexel all along the divestment processes: preparing marketing material, anticipating carve-out issues, approaching and leading discussions with the most relevant potential acquirers, managing Due Diligence phases, coordinating all stakeholders, and negotiating the transactions.

These deals illustrate our ability to assist large corporates in divesting non-core assets and further reinforce our expertise within the professional distribution market. These deals also highlight our commitment to supporting key players active in the energy transition.

Capitamind Investec has played a decisive role in meeting the challenges of carve-outs, establishing trustworthy relationships with local managers. We sincerely appreciated the relevance of their strategic vision, their great availability, as well as the quality of our professional relations.
