About the deal
Founded in 1984, Cap Vert is a French company specialized in tree surgery and landscape maintenance services. Relying on 300 skilled employees, the group offers a full range of services, mainly to public authorities, covering pruning, green spaces creation and maintenance, irrigation and fountains, as well as eco-friendly alternative treatments.
Backed by Calcium Capital since 2015, Cap Vert has accelerated its growth by opening branches and acquiring local players in other French regions.
With this transaction, the founding manager Alain Capillon, its management team as well as a large part of the group’s executives are joining forces with Evolem (a family office created in 1997 by Bruno Rousset, also founder of April Group) to support future growth, which will be boosted by acquisitions.

Capitalmind assisted Calcium Capital and the management team all along the sale process of Cap Vert: advising transaction strategy, defining deal tactics, qualifying potential industrial and financial buyers, organizing a competitive bid up to closing.
