About the deal

Digihero (fka: Belcentrale) has been sold to Techone, a provider of cloud and telecommunication services for the Dutch SME market backed by Nedvest Capital.

Digihero is a provider of all-in-one IT, telecommunication (VoIP) and complementary services, focusing on the SME market in the Netherlands and peripheral countries. The company services a broad spectrum of different clients with standard solutions suited for the SME industry.

Nedvest Capital is a Dutch middle-market private equity company with a focus on technology, business services and industrials.

After the transaction, Digihero’s management will remain active within Techone and will focus on broadening its service offering through organic as well as a buy-and-build strategy.
