Capitalmind Investec has advised the shareholders of Ets Lecuyer in the disposal of the company to Batibig, supported by Siparex and EMZ

Ets Lecuyer, a specialist in roofing and waterproofing works in the Ile-de-France region, has joined Batibig, a Paris-based group specializing in multi-technical maintenance and building renovation, majority-owned by its managers and sponsored by EMZ and Siparex.

Capitalmind Investec assisted the two shareholders-directors in the sale of a majority stake of the company, with the aim of finding the right strategic partner to support their development plan. This growth plan, focused on strengthening its historical expertise and its market positioning, will be driven by considerations related to the energy efficiency of buildings.

For Batibig, this acquisition is one of a series of external growth operations to strengthen its historical expertise while extending its regional coverage in the Île-de-France region. The company is now going to enter a new phase of its development, under the management of Geoffrey Plisson who is reinvesting significantly in the project.
