About the deal
Laude is a builders’ merchant specialized in building envelopes. The group is engaged in three complementary activities:
- Distribution: distribution of insulation and waterproofing materials and other related equipment;
- Folding services: design and shaping of tailor-made metal parts (sidings, claddings, etc.);
- Facade: design and manufacturing of ready-made metal facades with the support of an in-house design and engineering team.
Fedrus International is a Belgian independent group active in the distribution of roofing and façade materials. It specializes in EPDM rubber and roof sealing systems for the European market.
