Located near Lyon (France), the business is specialized in the design and manufacture of industrial mixers and impellers sold to international clients acting in process industries such as water treatment, phosphoric acid, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas.
JFI Group is specialized in highly technical filtration, separation and weighfeeding equipment and solutions for the Mining, Chemicals and Process industries. JFI Group is controlled by a French Entrepreneur, Michel Jamey, supported by private equity firm Naxicap.
The acquisition is expected to generate strong synergies with JFI Group’s existing activities.
