Decathlon, who acquired the website in 2011, has finalized the sale of its shares to Groupe Centre France, because the world leader in the design and distribution of sporting goods has chosen to focus on the development of its own distribution network.
Founded in 1919, Centre France is a multimedia group, operating in the fields of press, advertising, audio-visual, events, publishing and training. This acquisition supports its digital development, builds strategic and operational synergies in e-commerce and data, and strengthens its territorial anchoring.
