About the deal

Since 1923, the cable works of SIPD (Manufacturing Company of Dielectric Products) has manufactured insulated wires, cables and low current electric leads, as well as sheats in PVC, polyurethane, polyethylene, polyester, FEP, ETFE, low-smoke, halogen-free compound and C1. Oil companies, telecommunications companies and major industrials know and appreciate SIPD for the reliability of its manufactured products.

What we did

Capitalmind Investec has actively supported the management of SIPD group during the disposal process: pre-sounding, approach of interested acquirers, production of the marketing documentation, dataroom management, assistance in negotiating the deal and the legal documentation, etc.

After a competitive process, the sellers finally accepted the takeover offer made by Marc Chambon associated with NCI, Normandie Participations and IRD funds.
