Gaurav Kapoor is Manager in Capitalmind Investec. He focuses on Debt & Capital solutions for small and medium sized companies across all sectors in DACH region.

Prior to joining Capitalmind Investec in March 2024, Gaurav held positions at leading investment banks incl. Societe Generale in Frankfurt where he supported private equity clients with underwriting of LBO financings for mid-to-large sized companies in Germany, CEE, the UK, Benelux and the Nordics, and at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, where he focused on a broad spectrum of mid-cap financing topics including leveraged finance, syndicated loans, Schuldscheindarlehen, HY-bonds, etc.

Gaurav holds a master’s degree in finance from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, and speaks English, German and Hindi.
