Capitalmind Investec exclusively advised the shareholders of EIM Group in a minority sale to Omnes Capital thereby securing growth capital for the company
Omnes Capital, a leading Paris-based European investor, has acquired a minority stake in the international executive interim management group EIM, alongside the management, to support its goal of reinforcing its European leadership and accelerating its global expansion.
Omnes will support management´s strategic and operational growth plans to consolidate EIM´s position as European leader with global delivery capability and to extend its global reach in the dynamic business solutions sector, notably by lending its expertise in build-up strategies.

Capitalmind Investec assisted the shareholders all along the transaction: transaction formation and designing the transaction structure strategy, marketing material preparation, organization of the process and investor engagement, preparation of the VDR, execution support during the due diligence process, debt advisory, support in re-shaping of the partnership scheme and negotiating the legal documentation.
