About the deal
The Berner Group has been developing high-quality residential property for around four decades. Its areas of specialisation include listed buildings, attractive existing properties and new buildings that are geared towards the requirements of their future users. Having started out as a medium-sized property developer, the Berner Group has developed into an integrated property service provider. With expertise and passion, the management of the Berner Group is constantly developing the company and navigating through a constantly changing property market with a sure instinct for change. The Berner Group has already achieved sales of over 20,000 residential units. The financing and sales volume now amounts to more than 5.3 billion euros.
The object of this transaction was to advise on the structuring and implementation of a financing solution. The most attractive solution was developed and implemented with financing partners.
