Capitalmind Investec has advised Alex & Gross on the refinancing of credit facilities and re-definition of its house banks

It combines digital marketing and inside sales to create holistic 360° solutions for measurable sales success for a large number of medium-sized companies as well as global corporations. A&G is active in various business areas, namely strategy consulting, modern technological development, digital content creation and inside sales. Overall, A&G has over 25 years of experience in a fast-growing industry with consistently good profitability.

The object of this transaction was to advise on the reorganisation of the liabilities side and the implementation of a financing solution as well as the expansion of the group of principal banks. To this end, an attractive solution was developed and implemented with financing partners, which simultaneously expanded the company’s room for manoeuvre.
