Actively supported Avril Group and BSN all along the fundraising process: assist in structuring the activity as a separate company and in presenting BSN strategy and the business plan hand in hand with the management, draft the marketing documentation, provide valuation guidance, management and negotiate with potential investors, negotiate the legal documentation.
