About the deal

Corius is a group building concept for dermatological outpatient care centers in Germany. The initiator Dr. Dietrich Schrapper, a long term Capitalmind Investec client, together with Ufenau has completed the first part of this transaction by acquiring the nucleus hospital Gesellschaft für Mikroneurochirurgie mbH, a highly specialized clinic for minimally invasive neurosurgery treatments. The transaction will serve as a platform to execute a systematic buy & build strategy in the highly attractive and fragmented market of outpatient dermatology and minimal invasive services.
