Capitalmind Investec has advised the founder of Saveurs et Vie, the management team and Isatis Capital in designing a LBO backed by BNP Paribas Développement

About the deal

Founded in 2001 by Paul Tronchon, Saveurs et Vie is one of the French leaders in providing tailor-made meal delivery services to elderly and vulnerable people, employing 170 people and generating more than €30 million revenue in 2024. As a “services to individuals” company, Saveurs et Vie is committed to foster home support for seniors, delivering over 10,000 meals a day. The company offers a complete range of services to private and professional customers, from the conception of meals tailored to the tastes and nutritional needs of beneficiaries, to the delivery and social monitoring. In addition, the company leverages its nutritional expertise to provide consulting and training services to healthcare establishments, local authorities and private customers.

Paul Tronchon wished to pursue the handover process to key Saveurs et Vie managers initiated several years ago, and to initiate a new development stage thanks to the support of a new minority shareholder.

Capitalmind Investec assisted Saveurs et Vie management team in designing a LBO deal, which led to a minority investment by BNP Paribas Développement together with Isatis Capital, and in securing the senior debt financing from LCL, CE Ile-de-France and BRED. Isatis Capital, historical partner, reinvests in the transaction.

This minority transaction will enable the historical managers to strengthen their position, while giving access to capital to an expanded team to support the company’s growth.
