Obotritia takes an active and entrepreneurial approach towards its stewardship of capital. Obotritia`s investment strategy focuses mainly on the real estate sector, specialty finance as well as venture capital such as prop- and clean-tech.
In the real estate sector, the company holds investments in Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG, investing in food anchored retail properties and Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG, investing in light industrial & logistics properties as well as a direct real estate book.
