Capitalmind Investec advised Istrabenz on the financial restructuring and refinancing of over €200m of financial debt. We advised one of the largest Slovenian holding companies with tourism, infrastructure and IT activities on financial restructuring and refinancing of over €200m of financial debt with 19 lenders. As 100% consent from all lenders was required, we were able to structure the debt with different tranches and potential recoveries thereby accommodating all lenders – one of the largest successfully restructured transactions in CEE.
