About the deal
Founded in in 2000, Adfinitas is a data-driven marketing agency dedicated to the charity industry. The group advises non-profit organizations, NGOs and foundations on their fundraising and marketing strategies. Adfinitas differentiates itself thanks to its ROI-driven approach based on digital and data expertise, strong corporate culture and intrapreneurial initiatives.
The group is fast growing and generates more than €20M revenue in France and in Germany, thanks to a relevant positioning and sharp expertise. Adfinitas’ clients include organizations such as Médecins du Monde, WWF and the German Red Cross.
Karine Sence and Gert-Jan Evers, founders of the group, are handing over the reins to Déborah Berger, as new CEO, and to the management. The deal is backed by Trajan Capital, while the founders roll-over part of their shares.
