About the deal
Bertin Ergonomie is ‘the ergonomics and human factors’ consulting business of Bertin Technologies – a business unit of CNIM Group, a technology consultancy and engineering company.
Bertin Ergonomie is led by Dominique Soler and Thibaud Blanc, has 90 consultants, and generated revenues of more than €8m in 2017.
This development project is supported by the management team and the private equity house Ciclad, who will provide the capital to accelerate growth. The objective is to strengthen Human Design Group’s position (the company created for the takeover of Bertin Ergonomie) as a leader in its market and to develop a leading company in digital design and transformation consulting services. It plans to achieve this through both organic growth and acquisitions.
