About the deal

ISM, a well-known full-service agency for digital commerce strategy, online marketing and web shop design in the Netherlands is acquired by Valantic.

They combine technological expertise with industry knowledge and the human touch. Their services cover the areas of customer experience (CX), supply chain excellence, SAP services, digital strategy and financial services analysis and automation.
