What we did

After supporting the Outfitter management in building up an adequate structure for a sales process („exit-readiness“), we conducted an international investor approach with a focus on strategic buyers (brick and mortar and online sports retailers). Signa Retail was identified as most suitable buyer to support Outfitter’s expansion plans. We supported our client throughout the process with process documentation, coordination, communication support and negotiation until completion of a transaction.
