What we did

Capitalmind advised family holding Genairgy on the divestiture of Santecom to a consortium led by Jean Weiss (past Managing Director of Groupe Tests and l’Etudiant) and Entrepreneur Venture Private Equity Fund.

Capitalmind played a key advisory role in defining the transaction strategy and managing a confidential process with strategic acquirors, which were, for some of them, clients or competitors.

Capitalmind also put the emphasis on maintaining a blistering pace in the process, optimizing structuring and meeting shareholder’s timeline and valuation objectives.
