About the deal

Effisoft is an international group that designs software solutions for insurance, reinsurance and risk management professionals.

WebRisk is a SaaS software designed for insurance and risk management and is accessible from anywhere in the world 24/7, within a secure internet environment.

The disposal of WebRisk will allow Effisoft to focus on the development of its other two core solutions: WebXL (Reinsurance Management) and Solvaset (Solvency II Compliance Management).

Ventiv Technology is the world’s leading independent solutions provider in the area of Risk Management Systems (RMIS). The group has more than 300,000 users in 40 countries. Ventiv Technology is supported in its external growth by its main shareholder: Symphony Technology Group, an American fund specializing in the software industry.
