Especially in owner-managed companies with a long profitable history, ” silent ” changes in the market environment are often only noticed when liquidity becomes scarce. If the covenants of the financing banks can no longer be fulfilled, the longstanding and good contact to the customer advisors of their bank does not help to look for an operative solution, as the banks have to face increasingly restrictive regulatory requirements.
