Thom is a Manager at Capitalmind Investec, active within M&A since 2017.

Thom is involved in several (cross-border) deals, in multiple sectors. His main responsibilities include advising on sell-side transactions, funding, MBOs and company acquisitions.

Prior to joining Capitalmind Investec, Thom was active as a Corporate Finance consultant for a Dutch Accounting and Advisory firm. In this period, he was involved in various transactions (both buy- and sell side), buy- and build advisory, valuation- and funding processes.

Thom holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, both acquired at Tilburg University. During this period he spent a semester studying in the US.
